If the item you are testing has lead in it the swab turns red. No mistakes. Now I know if some old dishes I have can be used. I was always afraid to use them. But now I know I can. They are safe. A copy of the implementation guide posted on social media describes the Team Environment Kit each team lead receives.
The kit includes a whiteboard on which to jot information such as employee assignments and other items to cover in daily team meetings. The kit also includes "Attitude Cards" for the team leads to carry with them and share with team members. These are meant to reinforce desired behaviors -- be bold, be an owner, be open and be kind. A reward system is used in which employees earn blue stars for completed assignments.
After employees earn several blue stars, they'll receive a silver star. Several silver stars earn an employee a gold star, which can be tied to an incentive set by the store's leaders.

I took them twice when they were available and the first time I failed both, being non competitive and all. This time, since both tests are similar, I answered the SLA questions like a caring person would.
Failed with a non-competitive status. With the TLA, I answered it as a back stabbing, conniving, lying asshole and guess what? I passed the TLA with a competitive status I laughed and if you see the irony in it you will too. Oh well, I'm listed as qualified for entry level management now, go figure.
